In 2023, Promeda successfully completed a massive-scale project for their air conditioner factory in Manisa (MOSB), proving once again our capacity to manage high-complexity power infrastructures.

The facility in Manisa is a powerhouse of production, spanning a staggering 60,000 m2 of closed area. Operating such a vast site requires an immense and reliable energy backbone. Our team was entrusted with the design and manufacturing of the entire electrical distribution and control system to support a total power capacity of 7,500 kVA.

Project Scope & Engineering Precision

• LV Main Panels & Compensation: We designed and manufactured the primary Low Voltage distribution systems and compensation panels to optimize energy quality and reduce losses.

• Generator Transfer Systems: To ensure zero downtime in production, we implemented robust generator transfer panels capable of managing seamless energy transitions.

• Secondary & Control Panels: Beyond the main power, we provided the detailed secondary distribution and control panels that act as the nervous system for the factory’s daily operations.
